By joining and playing on our servers, you agree to the following terms:

We operate PvP Servers, PvE Servers, and No Raid Servers. Each server has its own rules and playstyle. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of the server you choose to play on.

 Gameplay & Progress
Death, raids (where enabled), wipes, restarts, and loot resets are part of the game.

We are not responsible for lost gear, bases, vehicles, or progress due to gameplay, server crashes, updates, bugs, or wipes.

Server settings, rules, zones, and features may be adjusted when necessary to improve balance and performance.

Any major changes or scheduled wipes will be announced well in advance on Discord. Please keep an eye on the #announcements channel for updates.

Custom Files
All purchases, including custom files, are non-refundable.
When purchasing custom files, please understand there are no refunds once work has started or files have been delivered.

We are happy to edit or adjust custom work where possible. Any additional changes will be discussed and priced accordingly.

Bases and custom builds cannot be transferred or moved between different maps. Please consider this carefully before purchasing.

Store purchases do not make you exempt from server rules.

Rules & Enforcement
Admin decisions are final.

Exploiting, cheating, glitching, harassment, or toxic behaviour will not be tolerated.

Attempting to bypass rules or bans will result in permanent removal.
Breaking server rules may result in warnings, base wipes, temporary bans, or permanent bans.
